Listed below are the City of Lighthouse Point Ordinances and Resolutions that have been adopted since the Supplement No. 15 dated January 2007 and will be codified in the next supplement.
Ordinance No. 878 - Providing minimum maintenance standards for single-family and duplex properties.
Ordinance No. 877 - Providing for cancellation of regular City Commission meetings by motion of the City Commission.
Ordinance No. 876 - Providing minimum maintenance standards for unoccupied commercial and multi-family properties, establishing minimum maintenance standards for unoccupied buildings, and general maintance standards for occupied buildings.
Ordinance No. 875 - Providing additional conditional use criteria for three-story townhouses in the RM-16 District, to revise conditional use criteria for three-story townhouses in the RM-16 District.
Ordinance No. 874 - Providing that development otherwise exempt from site plan review may be required to complete site plan review when the City’s Building Official or Zoning Administrator determines that such is necessary, providing for standards for such determination, and providing for the board’s authority for review of single family and duplex residences.
Ordinance No. 873 - Providing for modification of the City's General Municipal Election Dates to coincide with the Presidential Preference Primary, and establishing January 29, 2008 as the Municipal Election Date.
Ordinance No. 872 - Amending Chapter 42, to allow full service dry cleaners as a conditional use in B-1.
Ordinance No. 871 - Parking Regulations at DeGroff Park
Ordinance No. 870 - Amend standards for garbage receptacles and dumpsters for condominiums and commercial apartment buildings
