Anyone wishing to speak at a Quasi-Judicial Public
Hearing must complete a Quasi-Judicial
Proceeding Form The Quasi-Judicial Form must be completed
and returned to the City Clerk’s Office at least seven (7)
calendar days before the proceeding. (Sec. 2-96(c)(4))
