Library Volunteer Luncheon

Former Commissioner George Labelle, accompanied by his wife Laurie, accepts an award from Doreen Gauthier, LHP's Head Librarian, and Ruth Ann Fleming, President of the Library Advisory Board. The award was in recognition of his many years of service to the city on the Code Enforcement Board and as a City Commisisoner. Labelle vacated his commission seat on March 11, 2003 solely because of a move out of town.
